Porch Enclosure
Porch enclosures in Alicante
We turn your porch into a room you can use all year: thermal-break aluminium, Kömmerling PVC and toughened glass, made to measure in our Alicante workshop.
More usable space
An enclosed porch is an extra room
The porch is the first area ruined by sun, wind and rain. With a made-to-measure enclosure it becomes a summer dining room, lounge or play area, protected from the weather with the view intact.
We work on the existing structure: laser survey, manufacture in our own workshop and installation in 2-3 days with no wet works. Cortizo aluminium, Kömmerling PVC and toughened or insulated glass depending on orientation.
Year-round use
With insulated glass and thermal-break profiles the porch works in winter too, without damp or draughts.
No building works
Dry installation on the existing slab and structure: 2-3 days and the porch is ready.
Adds home value
An enclosed porch adds real usable square metres to Costa Blanca villas and bungalows.
Systems
Ways to enclose a porch
Glass curtains
Frameless folding panels: total transparency and full opening in summer. Ideal if you do not want to lose the garden or pool view.
Aluminium or PVC sliding
Sliding sashes with insulated glass: better thermal and acoustic insulation. Recommended for north-facing or seafront porches.
Mixed enclosure with roof
Structure with panel or glass roof plus glazed sides, when the porch has no existing cover.

FAQ
Porch enclosure FAQs
Do I need a licence to enclose my porch?+
Usually yes: a fixed porch enclosure is minor works and may count as built area depending on the municipality. We prepare the paperwork and help with the filing at your town hall.
Glass curtain or sliding glass for a porch?+
For views and full summer opening, frameless glass curtains. If the porch will be a heated year-round room, thermal-break aluminium or PVC sliding with insulated glass insulates better.
How long does it take?+
From the signed quote: 3-4 weeks of made-to-measure manufacturing and 2-3 days of installation with no wet works.
Does it withstand coastal wind and rain?+
Yes. We use toughened safety glass, E1200 (9A) watertight profiles and EPDM perimeter sealing, proven on the seafront.
