10-14 working days of manufacturing in our Alicante workshop plus 1-2 days of installation. Typical total: 17-20 days from quote signing. During summer (July-August) it may extend to 25 days due to workload, and community projects of 80+ dwellings are scheduled in phases of 2-4 months with a calendar approved by the board.

10 years in writing on the PVC (Kömmerling, Salamander, Veka) or aluminium (Cortizo, Schüco) profile, 5 years on Roto NX hardware and 2 years on perimeter sealing. Minimal. Once a year: vacuum the sliding tracks and wipe the frame and EPDM gasket with mild soapy water. Every 2-3 years: a drop of sewing-machine oil on the closing points of the Roto NX hardware. In very high salinity zones (first line), we recommend hosing down the aluminium every 6 months. That's it — no painting or varnishing needed.

Fast and clean installation: 1-2 days for a full home of 6-10 windows. The crew arrives at 8:30 with protective material (plastic, blankets), removes a window, installs the new one, seals the perimeter with Sika foam and silicone, then moves to the next. No need to empty rooms — just move furniture back 1 m. At the end of the day we clean the glass and vacuum debris. You can keep living in the house during the works.
