Every window leaves the workshop with CE marking and the documentation required by the Spanish Building Code (CTE). No "that'll do": we hand over digital + paper files for your ITE building inspection, income-tax return or grant filing.
Declaration of performance (DoP) by model and project. Without this, no window has been legal in Spain since 2014.

For standard apartments and second homes: Kömmerling 70 AD gives Uw 1.1-1.3 W/m²K — enough. For main residences or homes with aggressive south-west orientation: 76 mm (5-7% better). For Passivhaus or very large homes: 88 mm with triple glazing. We advise during the survey.
Yes, this is 35% of our Torrevieja turnover. We coordinate with the property administrator, prepare quotes per home type (A/B/C by size), apply a 12-18% volume discount and phase manufacturing so as not to halt the block.
Yes. We deliver: itemised invoice broken down by section, before/after energy certificate if needed, installer's declaration, data sheets for every product and CE marking. With that you have everything for NextGen IDAE, the income-tax deduction and the Generalitat grant.
A lot. Torrevieja's easterly wind vibrates monolithic glass and produces a whistle through the gaskets. Switching to 4/16/4 climalit with argon eliminates the whistle + adds 25-30 dB of acoustic insulation. If you live in a noisy area (near Avda. Habaneras, Acequión), 6/16/3+3 laminate reaches Rw 42 dB.
We accept bank transfer, card and Bizum. Usual schedule: 50% on signing and 50% on installation completion (not before). For larger jobs we can split into 3 milestones. If you need bank financing, we can point you to lenders with preferential rates for energy refurbishments.
We dismantle them, remove them and take them to an authorised recycling point. Removal cost is included in the quote — it never shows up as an "extra" at the end. If your community needs a waste-management certificate, we provide one.
